Program Description

The Agency provides emergency utility and rental assistance to Craig, Ottawa and Delaware county residents at satellite sites each week.   Various funding sources enable us to assist people to prevent homelessness, maintain self sufficiency by providing help with utility bills, rent and/or house payments. Individuals with a qualifying emergency may receive assistance once each year as funds are available.

 Eligibility 

Emergency Assistance is governed by the following income guidelines: 

Family of 1  $10,210.00
Family of 2 $13,690.00
Family of 3 $17,170.00
Family of 4  $20,650.00
Family of 5  $24,130.00
Family of 6  $27,610.00
Family of 7 $31,090.00
Family of 8  $34,570.00
