Program Description 

NEOCAA offers free tax preparation for all low-income families in Craig, Delaware and Ottawa counties. NEOCAA has the capability to e-file tax returns as well as print copies of personal records at no charge, only during the tax season. Also if clients do not have a bank account of their own they may be able to use our account to have their refund direct deposited or NEOCAA can help them  set up their own personal savings account. 

Eligibility 

This service is offered to anyone that makes $40,000 or less a year.

Location
