For more than 50 years, Northeast Oklahoma Community Action Agency (NEOCAA) has been serving residents of Adair, Cherokee, Craig, Delaware and Ottawa counties.

We utilize a wide variety of community programs, initiatives and services to help low-income families and individuals in our service area overcome life obstacles and move toward self-sufficiency.

NEOCAA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit community action agency that receives federal funds with a small portion of state-appropriated funds, which helps us fulfill the promise of Community Action:
