The Board of Directors meets the last Monday of each month (except for July and November) at noon in the Conference Room at the NEOCAA building, 856 E. Melton, Suite C, in Jay.

Free Income Tax Preparation
Through the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program, NEOCAA assists individuals and households with free tax preparations, as well as electronic filing of basic tax returns.
Trained volunteers prepare tax returns in Adair, Cherokee, Craig, Delaware and Ottawa counties. Tax preparation services are offered year-round at our main office in Jay and at local DHS offices, churches and other convenient locations throughout our service area during tax season.
